Are my Uppward miles transferable for goods or services?

Not at this time but we are working on it.

How do I access Uppward?

From your mobile device open your internet browser and type in m.uppward.com. Currently we support iPhone and Android is in beta.

Will there be a mobile app for Uppward?

Yes, we are working on a native mobile app for the iPhone, Droid devices and the Blackberry. For now we invite you to use our fully functioning mobile web app.

How long do I have to check-in at my arrival for miles to be accrued?

You have 48 hours to complete the trip on Uppward. We will prompt you via email if we do not notice a check-in on arrival as a friendly reminder so you receive your miles.

How come I can’t check in to my departure airport on my mobile before I get to the airport?

Access to checking in is restricted to within 10 miles of airports.

Can I accrue Uppward miles without making my flights public?

Yes, in your account settings simply toggle off “Share My Flights”. You will still receive the benefits of Uppward while not announcing where you are going.
